Driving Directions
From Interstate 5 North, take the Lake City Way Exit and head North. Follow this approximately 3 miles to Northeast 125th Street. Take a right at the lights and the clinic will be located immediately on your right hand side. From Interstate 5 South, take the Northeast 130th Street Exit, turn left, and follow this street east (becomes Roosevelt Way NE and then NE 125th Street) for approximately 2 miles. Once you cross Lake City Way, look for the clinic immediately on your right hand side.
