Cancer Survivorship Seminar Series: Mindfulness Meditation
This seminar provides an introduction to mindfulness meditation. Studies show that mindfulness can be helpful in reducing stress/anxiety and improving resilience/positivity. It is a skill that can be learned and strengthened through practice and training. This seminar will include a combination of hands-on practice and discussions to help Veterans learn the basics of mindfulness, as well as ask questions to enhance their understanding of mindfulness meditation.
